Default Black Grille Thoughts

Is it just me, or does the black grille on the XLT look better than the Laramie because the XLT's have a body-colored piece as the middle section under the grille?? I think it makes the Laramie look cheap with that middle section of the bumper black like the grille....reminds me of a chevy work truck....

I painted mine gloss black on my Lariat. And I painted my bumper like the XLT's are. Blue in the middle.

you got the name wrong but your 100% correct on the bumper painted looking better than the sport Lariat bumper. Matt's truck it the way it should look. I wan to do the same thing just not sure where the mods will end.

I think I would have painted the bumper pads gloss black also, was that a thought or no?

Matt, that looks awesome. Where did you get that done?? If I wanted to do the same thing up here in Iowa, do I go to a local ford dealer or body shop??

Seems like a lot of people are changing something about the grill and/or bumper with this generation F150. I plan on doing the same also, just can't the look I want with the packages offered.
Your truck looks a lot better with what you did.

Looks great! Be careful of chipping from road/highway debris and rocks.
