Default Bilsteins installed ...is this right?

So just picked up my f150 from the shop. Had bilsteins installed all the way around and a 2" halo block on the rear. Do my front tires look like they are not aligned correctly in the wheel well or is it just me? To me it looks like the tires are sitting to far back in the wheel well. Ive got 295/70/18 extreme country's coming in next week so I want to make sure the truck is ready to go by then.

Did they align? I'm sure it will look alot better with bigger tires.
I only went to 1.26" setting and no block.

Small tires, optical illusion.

No matter what, the truck should get an alignment and you should have the printout from it.

Yep - don't worry about it! Heres mine...

Bilstein 5100 all round and just ordered a 2" block for rear as its slightly nose high.

I had a perceived problem with that in my '01 Mustang GT. If you look at that era of Mustang '99-04, about 50% of them have the front wheel set far back in the wheel well. The solution there was to loosen the subframe bolts and pull the subframe forward. There was room to adjust and the factory didn't bother.

Yep, I thought the same when I first did my level before the tires were installed. Also it seems that if you look at it off angle it has that allusion too.

Same here. I notice it more in pictures taken from certain angles. Might be an issue with the OEM suspension geometry that gives it that appearance. If everything rides and drives without any issue, I'd proceed with the tire upgrade.

I didn't do the alignment yet, I was gonna wait till the new tires get put on. I hardly drive my truck so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. Driving home last night nothing felt wrong so maybe it is just the optical illusion. Only thing I did notice is how stiff the suspension is compared to factory shocks!!!! Couldn't be happier now that it finally feels like a truck!

Everyone seems to forget that before the front is raised with the level the truck drops at an arc over the tire. When you remove the rake, the tire is going to sit more to the rear of the well.
