I have the Bilstein 5100s and it's far better than stock. Highly recommend.

I had the Ranchos on my 16 F150, and got 110K miles out of them before I turned the truck in. I just put another pair of Ranchos on my 19 yesterday. For me I want a level ride, and I didnt see the value paying for the Bilsteins at $700+ when I got the Ranchos for $359 Shipped from Stage3.

Im getting 275/65R20 Tires put on tomorrow to finish the look. The exact same setup I had on my 16.

Had the Rancho system for my 2013. Rode rough. And one of the rear shocks leaked within just two weeks and had to be replaced via warranty thankfully.

Got full RC lift and then Bilsteins all around. Much better.
