I'm not sure on the f150s but I installed mine at around 5k miles on my Ram and they have been awesome and ride great! Looking at trading in for an 18' F150 so will definitely be going this route along with the larger tire for sure! I've been running Toyo MT 295/60r20 would this size work on a new 4x4 F150 with 20inch rims?

Replaced the stock junk shocks with 5100's all the way around with somewhere around 500 miles on a new truck. Made a big difference. Corners much flatter and the rear end has some control now. Have about 5k miles on them now, and zero complaint. Always felt Bilstein to be a second rate elcheapo shock, until I got these, due to the glowing reviews, they were right.

Replaced only the rear with 5100's about 9 months ago roughly 10k mile now on them. Made a big improvement. Still planning on getting the fronts upgraded but have not been in a big hurry as its much more stable now. If your having that nice bounce in the rear do yourself a favor and change them out you will wish you did them a long time ago.

I put them on the rear of my 2017. Night and day difference, for the better.

Same here. Installed them at the rear of my 2016 RCSB and they eliminated the side skip.
They don't give more comfort, but the rear is now stable, like any normal vehicle.

I put them all around, but not sure they were absolutely needed up front. Side hopping, GONE! My only complaint is that I get more vibrations, but that's the truck, not the shocks, the shocks are just amplifying the issue. I'm wanting to put the OEM back on the fronts so soften the ride up front. I am 95% positive the issue is pinion angle causing the vibrations, and when I hit bumps, the shocks are forcing the tire down faster than the body so in that short time when the distance between axle and frame is increased, vibrations increase, so every bump feels like hitting a drum. With 1000 pounds in the bed though, I don't get the vibrations, then is is smooth as silk.

Really good shocks, do the job perfectly, really crappy truck though.

Cheap addition, worth the price of admission. I installed the rears when my truck had about 10k miles, so I really don't even think the OEM shocks had worn much but I still had some decent hop from the rear end on mid-turn bumps--that doesn't happen anymore. Installation couldn't be any more simple.

I just bought a complete set of front leveling 5100 bilstein shocks and rears for my 2018 xlt all in for 587 CAD out the door. I cant wait to get them installed, these stock shocks suck.

I put 5100s all around while leveling out the front. After that, my truck rode more like a truck and any odd rear hopping/shudder mostly went away. I still get the odd one here or there, but much more in line with what I expect vs. what I got when I drove the truck off the lot. Recommend them without hesitation, even if a level isn't something you're interested in.
