Mine is also a Sport with the 302A package. I have it set on the highest setting, which is 2.1". Yep, just a little bit of rake depending on what angle you view it from. My gear will be put back in on Sunday before I head back out to work, so I will catch some pics then.

Perfect! Cool man, I really appreciate it. Sounds like everyone is satisfied with the Bilsteins.

These are pics after putting about 150lbs of gear that I take to job sites with me. I am going to hold off on the rear lift blocks for a little while. Hope this helps!

Wow man that looks really nice! Thank you so much for sharing!

One last question, what is the ride like with the Bilsteins set to full height in the front? I seem to remember reading somewhere that someone didn't think they rode as nice as the next highest setting.

I have found that it has eased the effects of imperfections in the road such as washboards. The truck seems to have less body roll now as well. I can't speak for the next highest setting because I went straight to the 2.1 setting, but I have no complaints whatsoever. Aesthetically, it makes the truck look like a truck.

I have a 2017 screw with 4x4, and I was looking to replace the fronts with bilsteins to solve some of the jittery ride complaints many have talked about. I already replaced the rears myself, but was looking to finish the job. I was planning on keeping it stock height, but am now wondering if I should go ahead and do the first or second setting up (.76/1.25 or so?). My understanding is that the higher you go, the more "softness" you loose in the ride. Since ride quality is my main objective, should I keep them stock, or close to stock with a lower setting? Thanks.

You should be ok with any of the ride height settings. The spring is under a little more preload with every increase in ride height because the spring is captured within the limited travel of the shock strut. If it's really a linear spring rate then it should not become stiffer, it just sits captured with more compression (and therefore closer to coil bind).

You will lose a little of the luxury-car ride simply due to the better spring damping ability of the Bilsteins, but gain, as you already know, better control.

mom at 2.1 and the improved ride was night and day. It was a little rougher over small bumps the first couple of days but that has gone away. Well worth the investment.

stupid question here, read 30 of the 40 pages and didnt see it asked. 18 xlt sport (no fx4) with a 5.0l 4x4 screw. If I go with the 5100s all around, fronts set at 2.1 , how does a full tank of gas treat the rear? Perhaps its not enough weight to make a diff, but just curious.

Negligible. However, a 2.1 setting without a rear block might make you nose high.
