So my buttons started to peel on my dash so I picked up another bezel from the wrecker. I swapped it in and now my heated seats don’t work. The lights come on for hi/med/ low. My truck is a 2017 the bezel is out of a 2016 but looks identical. Is there something I need reset or program the activate The seats with the new bezel?

 

There is a multitude of different options the audio and hvac control have even if they look the same. There is an engineering part number on the panel and it must match the original for it to work. You may get lucky here and there but for the most part it has to be identical. They are also usually year specific too. If you gave me the last 8 of your VIN I can get you a service part number and the engineering number.

 

You might just need to load your factory as-built data to the new FCIM via FORScan.

Ok so you would need either one that had the HL3T-18E243-CDC or CDB. They only fit trucks built from 9/26/2016 o 7/17/2017. Someone above said ForScan may be able to resolve your issue but I cannot speak to that. If you end up needing a new one, they are available for about 400 new.
