Nope. I think the Lariat grills all come Magnetic, same color as my truck. The ebay seller has a whole bunch of them for the same price. I DID have to touch up a small section near the emblem, but I had touch up paint already so it was no big deal.

Bought a little foldable step to use for checking oil and cleaning etc. It stores behind the back seat where the jack is stored and only cost a little over $10.

$20 harbor freight load bar (with coupon), 2 Ford cargo nets I had sitting around from my Flex and old Explorer and some zip-ties. DIY bed divider:
