Not sure 35's and fuel economy can be used in the same sentence though.

Not worried about the fuel costs. Just the tire distance. I don't want to have to constantly replace my tires.

I have the Toyo Open County R/T tire in the 35". With 20K miles on the them, I can't see any appreciable wear, they balance well and they have a moderate level of road noise. I can't say how they will do from here, but I am very pleased thus far.

If that's the case, go and purchase the tire with the highest milage warranty. Probably a Michelin or a Terra Grappler (60k warranty on these).

Best mileage will come from putting on 19.5 rims and getting the highway tires made for those wheels. You will be running them at 110 PSI so not a gentle ride but they will handle more payload than your truck and should provide 80,000 miles of life.
