Default Bed side steps 2015 SC short bed

Been looking and advertising wanting both bed side steps for my Platinum. I found some, about 250 miles away but owner has not convinced me they are compatible. They are saying 2014 4-door. I looked on fordparts.com and the part no.s are a little different. 2015.s have a beginning prefix of FL3 and a D at the end of 1520040. What do you all think?

I have a 15 XLT screw with the side steps. Mine are the narrow version. We have a few F150's at my place of employment that have long beds and they came optioned with the wide side step. So there are at least 2 different widths. In the future will have them on every truck I own if its an option. I have no part numbers or installation tips as I ordered mine with my truck.

JeffG1216 that’s the part numbers I have too. Have some to go look at tomorrow just hate to travel a hour and a half on the info the seller has given me so far. But they are removed and I’ll be in my truck so they should immediately match up if their going to.

Ford2WD, the longer ones I would expect are on a 6’ 5” bed. What you think, are you seeing the wide ones on the short beds or the longer wheelbase?

rls8836, my truck is the 5.5 foot bed with the long back doors. It's a 145" wheelbase. I've included a pic for reference. Best I remember our work trucks
were extended cabs with 6.5 or 8.0 beds. I hope this helps.

Thanks Ford 2WD. That’s what I’m shopping for. I think I like them also.
