Default Bed rattle?

I've got a 15' Lariat SC 4x4 with about 7k miles. When I bought the truck in April I didn't notice it, but lately when I drive over speed bumps, potholes, RR crossings, etc., I hear a good about of rattling from the rear of the truck. Some it it sounds like the back seat rattling around but the bed also makes a good amount of noise. The truck drove so quiet at first that it seems like something I would have noticed before now so I'm guessing it's a new issue.

Anybody else notice a bed rattle and if so what might be the cause? It's obviously under warranty so not afraid to take it in but just want to make sure it's not just normal pickup truck noise.

I appreciate any input.

When I installed my Bedrug and was crawling around back there, I heard an occasional pop that sounded like something cracking but I figured it was just settling in to the weight.

I had something kind of similar. It sounded like a clunking in the rear end. Started out only doing it when I was turning in the parking lot at work and now it does it any time the rear suspension moves. Dealer says its the leaf spring isolators and they are waiting for Ford to tell them what to do.

For what its worth I had a similar issue the dealer told me they couldn't figure it out surprise surprise, come to find out when I was adding a tailgate damper assist the bolts holding the bed down were loose. When the sprayed the bed liner at the dealer they remove all the bolts, it seems when everything was tightened back down they must have forgot to crank one or two hard enough. Tightened those two up and noises went away. Might be worth checking into.
