I have a 2016 Lariat, several different websites all have close to but not the same measurement for the bed length. I measured the inside length and got 77.5" what is the true length of the bed? And how do they determine it??

 

You measured it correctly. 77.5" would be 6.5' bed (78"). The bed measurement is of the actual storage area, not the entire bed structure/body. Do you have an extended cab or a crew cab with the 157" wheel base?

 

McClintoc, thanks, I have a super crew cab. I just brought it home on Friday. I looked at a few different sites before ordering a bed cover, and each site had a slightly different length for my bed and none was the same as what I had. Close enough to know that was the bed I had. I was just wondering how they were getting their measurements??
