Bed difference '14-'15?
Hi guys! I'm bargain shopping for the next 6 months (for a variety of reasons), so I want a tonneau cover at a deep discount (besides, I'm a cheap S.O.B. anyway). I've found a bunch on Craigslist, including one that is color-matched to my Bluejean Metallic paint. However, they're all 2014's. My question is, does anyone have definitive proof that a 2014 will or will not fit on the 2015's? Thank you all very much!

I literally just put on a 14' factory soft tonneau. The kind that has two brackets on the cab end, and a locking mechanism on each rib (for each side) of the under-rail.
No pictures of the underside at the moment, but you CAN move the brackets on the cab end (they fit over the rail that runs along underneath the rear window) to find the right spot. You DO have to cut the weather stripping in order to make that happen. Instead of trying that, I took two sets of channel locks and bent each side of the bracket out about an eighth of an inch total, and it fit. From my eye, it looks like the rail on the cab end gets thinner towards the middle, so you COULD technically adjust those brackets towards the middle without bending. Hopefully that paints a picture of what I did to install.
Part of the reason I think it was just a hair off, is because it came with a factory spray in liner.
The rest of the cover sits perfectly, and the locking mechanisms on each rib line up perfectly with the under-rail going down the sides. It also seals normally on the tailgate portion as well.
Before I tried putting it on, I contacted my fleet rep AND the parts/service department at one of the dealers I work with, and according to them, the bed dimensions didn't change.
So, I can say that my truck (2015 short box) fits. Not sure on any other applications, but the Ford Soft cover from a 14' works for me.
Hope that helps!

Thank you for the reply! Mine came with a plastic drop in bedliner that I didn't want, but the dealer couldn't take it out because it was delivered that way. No biggie, they comped it for me, but that would be the only issue. I only mention it because you mentioned the spray-in liner, which obviously, isn't removable. Based on what you're saying that the reps told you about the bed dimensions not changing, I will look into the tonneau that matches my truck! Thanks again!

I contacted the gentleman selling the tonneau and he said he tried it on his new 2015 and it won't work... Hmmm, back to the drawing board.
