I picked up my new truck the end of February 2016. In July the Auto Start/Stop feature was hit or miss. I don't drive the truck every day. End of August I had my first oil change and had the dealer look at the Auto Start/Stop function issue. They charged and tested the battery and said all is well. Reset the BMS so the Auto Start/Stop would work. Said something like the truck thought the battery had been changed. On 09/21/2016, I went to start the truck and it wouldn't engage the starter. Next day called Ford Roadside Assistance and got towed the nearest Ford dealer and hour away. They removed the battery to charge and test it. It failed the test, the good news. The bad news, the battery is on backorder and the vendor has no idea when it will come available.
