Default Base MSRP question

I'm looking to buy a new 2016 Lariat SCREW 5.5' 4x4. I've been looking at this configuration for a few weeks and for all of the window stickers I've seen, the base MSRP has been $45,846. However, the one I'm targeting has a base MSRP of $45,730 with the exact same setup. This one I'm looking at has a date of 9/30/2016 at the bottom of the window sticker so I'm not sure why this one has the older MSRP.

Why would this be the case? Was it ordered earlier in the model year but not completed until recently?

Didn't they stop building 2016s months ago? I can't imagine the truck was built a few days ago

That must be the date he looked at it on the internet I'm guessing.

I test drove one about 3 weeks ago that had an 8/24/16 build date.
