Thumbs down Bakflip VP sagging problem

My Bak VP is approximately 1 year old on my 2015 Lariat Screw. I've noticed that aside from some water leakage from time to time theres a a significant sagging problem. So much so that large puddles of water collect on the cover after it rains.

It's visible to me at all times and I'm concerned it's only going to get worse. I have an email inquiry sent in to Bak customer service. Anyone experience any problems with their Bakflips? and if so, how did Bak respond to your issues?

Thanks

I had a bak flip g2 on my old truck and it was great. I have a vp on my 2015 and its sagging badly at the front. Something underneath came unglued so it lost some structural support. Mine is over 2 years old so I didn't even bother contacting them.

Have had my vp since 2013 and have not seen any sagging issues. When it rains there is some shallow puddles on it, but I wouldn't consider it to be sagging. The only issue I have experienced and it just started a few months ago is the side edges of the vinyl are starting to lift. I cleaned under them with IPA, put JB weld on them and clamped in place. Did this about 2 weeks ago and still holding so far.

I've had my VP for about a year. No sagging that I can see. Same as Obxguy said, a little water on top at times after a lot of rain, but no other issues so far. The only places I sometimes get water in the bed is along the tailgate if it rains hard or a very little bit in the front corners where the drains are. But again, it's so little water, I'm pretty pleased with the cover so far.

This is what I consider fairly significant sagging. If I throw a 2x4 from bedrail to bedrail I might say there's about an inch of sagging in spots. I'll try to get a pic later on.

Same here, mainly at the front.

Mine was just like that. Mine was 11 months old when i contacted them. I sent them pics of the water laying on it and it sagging. Sent me a new cover out no questions asked. Worth a try even if you are over the 1 year warranty

Wow that does look like crap. Mine is nothing like that! Looks like someone was standing on it. The company will probably replace it for you. I would call them for sure.
