On a 2016 Lariat. It worked fine the day of the test drive. Of course when I get it home I begin having issues. I have opened and shut the tailgate thinking it was a pinched wire but that didn't help at all. Got under the truck and everything seems connected, though I don't really know exactly what to look for under the tailgate. If I look closely at the screen I can see waves running through it as well kind of like the old school TV's with a bad connection. Thoughts?

 

Could be a problem with the camera, but go through the setting screens first to see if a setting is off.

 

Time to say something to the dealer me thinks!

 

They recommended a reset of the sync system, if that doesn't work i'll need to schedule something. This was working a few days ago. Every now and then it comes on bright and perfect as well.
