Default Backflip covers

For those of you that use any similar types of the hard folding covers, will they fit in your backseat if needed?

Not sure. It would be a pita to remove it and stick it in the back seat, what is the reason?

It has to be unbolted to be removed

the ones I have seen unsnap as if you’re folding it back and it’s off in seconds in case you have to load something big

I have fit my MX4 in the back seat of my screw with the seats folded up. Kind of a pain to get it in there but can be done in a pinch. If I know I'm going to haul something big, I just leave it in the garage.

On my Bakflip F1, you don't even need tools to removed, there are 2 thumb screws at the front and it's off.

I haven't had the need, however. Just tilt all the way forward against the cab. I haven't tried to have it in the back seat but was mentioned above that it will fit in a pinch.

I have a Bakflip MX4 and it's pretty difficult to get off, but isn't the whole point of the Bakflip to fold it against the back window (out of the way) so you can load larger stuff?

Yeah, but blocking the back window is kind of a pain to deal with. In a pinch, sure, but I'd rather just remove it, assuming I am already aware of the larger load incoming. It's situational.

Yea that’s all I’m asking in case you go somewhere and someone ask if you can bring something home expectantly and you need all the room

The Lomax cover can be easily removed.

I can't imagine having any load large enough to have to remove my MX4. I just fold it up and secure against the cab. How room could you lose by doing that?
