Default AVS seamless vent visors fitment issues

Anyone else having a problem getting them to fit properly?

Notice the seem doesn't line up with actual door gap,,, am I doing something wrong? They are supposed to tuck under mirror housing up front and follow window channel. This is my second set,,,

I just received my set. They are going back. Profile of the front visor does not follow the door line very well and I do not like the way they have to tuck behind the mirror caps thereby bulging the caps out of their normal position.

I have them on my 13 and don't like them at all. I always had weathertech's but because of the rebound issue I thought this was a better idea. Just don't like the way they look and they are too close to the window. When I order my 16 I will have to revisit what to get.

Ok, after going round and round with Lund and the engineers at Lund I told them what needed to be done and they finally sent me out a replacement pair of front door pieces. The pieces they sent have been extended by 3/8" to fit the door gap properly. The rear pieces I used and just repositioned them to match. Over all I am happy with the product. Not happy with the multiple phone conversations and pictures going back and forth to get this done.
I'll get a few pics up later.

I have the AVS In-Channel Vent Visors being delivered today so I'll let you know. Also got the AVS Aeroskin and Hypertech Speedo Calibrator arriving today as well....now if I can get Tasca to ship my grill (2 weeks) and get my spacers here I can put the lift on, get the alignment and be done for a while.

Default You're doing it wrong son !

The front looks good. But needs to be tucked in the plastic mirror housing. The back one is too much overlap. The door sill opening needs to be clear gap not over it. Check my pics. You might wanna pull it out and retry. I hope you still have time. Other than that it will be a beeotch. Might need to order another set.

See the visor neatly tucked and aligned under the plastic housing?

See you suppose to leave a gap between openings.

Seamless fit.

Nice reflection. LOL !

I went with the WeatherTech In Channel window visors. No double sided tape. No fitment issues and it was literally the easiet install i have ever done. Definitely recommend them.
