Default Avoided the dreaded cam phaser problem?

Is the dreaded cam phaser issue usually an immediate issue on new trucks? or can it pop up at any time?
Have a 2015 3.5 ecoboost, 62K, in need of some other repairs and hoping since it hasn't happened yet that I have dodged the problem.

Also, if well maintained and no phaser issues, are the 3.5L EB needing timing chains replaced, or is there a recommended interval vs only fix if issue arises?

The 2015 and 2016 ecoboost 3.5 didn't have phaser problems

How about the 2015 timing chains and water pump? Preemptive replace or what for an issue....I read that if well oiled the timing Chains do OK?

I just had the water pump replaced along with turbo coolant lines due to leakage at 43k on my ‘15. A note to that however is that several months before that I had the coolant flushed and changed from orange to the new yellow. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.
That is the only thing that’s been done. No timing chain issues.
