No problem, I really like this mounting option, no drilling and the location allows me to access my factory fuse box and keep the Auxbeam fuse panel and breaker all in one place to keep the clutter to a minimum. Glad you liked the write up and that I could help in some way.

I asked Auxbeam about the wire gauge if I wanted to extwnd the battery cables and this is their reply

They say its a 7 AWG, however in the pic below it shows a diameter closer to a size 8 gauge

Not that my input is going to shake the world, but a minor relocation of the catch can might make your chore easier. I have a JLT, and I think that the mount was used for ease of installation without moving, removing, or relocating any other component.
With the size of that wire, you can power half of downtown!

Switch panel in overhead console. Bought from a forum member who makes them.

Chinzy distribution block I used, simply allows easier connection to accessories

. Another view of the chinzy distribution block, is as well as the separate ground block.

Fuse/Relay box. Attached to existing threaded stud on firewall. 8 Guage power /ground run under grill to both distribution blocks. Wires from switches inside run through a rubber boot in the driver side firewall.

Does anyone know if the supplied fuse tap will work with our cars or do we need a different one, mini or micro2 fuse tap?

it does not. I have been in talks with Auxbeam, as of this month they will be supplying the correct fuse tap size, they also said those who placed orders prior can reach out and they will send the correct one.
