Took my order for Bilstein 5100 front and read shocks in early Dec. Charged my CC then only shipped the rear shocks but didn't tell me. After calling them they said, "Oh the fronts are back ordered and will be in stock first week in Jan". Then sent me an email saying the fronts won't be in stock until Feb, then sent another email saying they have no idea when they will be in stock!!!

I finally canceled the order for the front shocks and they did refund the money to my CC........... Just not happy with the way they jerked me around to be honest!

Ordered quite a bit of stuff from them in the past few months for our 4Runner and now my F-150. Comparable prices and fast shipping. Usually had products within 4 days of ordering. Even the Bilstein's came from Cali and were here in 4 days to Iowa.

I love them. They have the best customer service I've dealt with when buying aftermarket parts and stuff. They used to be a vendor here. I'm not sure what happened to them.

Great information guys, thanks! I'll be placing the order for a BakFlip MX4 and AMP Research Bed Extender from them shortly!

I've been buying from them since 2009 through 4 trucks and 4 cars. They will price match just about anyone and their customer service is really responsive. Any store can have a bad day but you're pretty safe ordering from them.

Buyer beware at autoanything. I purchased wheels (Fuel) for a great price only to get an email 4 days later saying they were unavailable and they could not price match an identical wheel (different color). They offered a discount on a same brand wheel but the price wasn't even in the same ballpark. Discount Tire later offered me a better price on the replacement wheel but I'm still at a big increase in price from the original cost at autoanything.

I bought a defective bedliner from them and had a hell of a time getting a replacement or getting my money back. Much more crap they did, but I'm not getting into it here. I'd never give them another cent. Just my experience.

I think Auto Zone owns Autoanything which explains why they jerked me around on my Bilstein shock order! Still have my rear 5100's and perhaps, maybe someday Bilstein will see fit to produce FRONT 5100's again........
