Default Auto-Start/Stop... a different question

Does anyone here have a FSM handy for the late model trucks that can post the schematic / wire color definitions for the Auto-Start/Stop switch? The two for the bypass are well documented.. what are the other wires?

I've got some electronics muster at my disposal; was thinking it'd be nice to have an alternative to the permanent jumper or secondary switch. I'm thinking about an inline module that will maintain a persistent state of the switch through power cycles... i.e... I turned it off the last time I was in the truck.. it's still off the next time I get in the truck and vice versa... using the OEM switch only.

Just brainstorming.

Thanks,

Wouldn't just wiring a toggle switch into the jumper wire mod that some folks are using do that? If the toggle switch is OFF, the A.S.S. works. If the toggle switch is ON, the A.S.S. is always disabled. That way, the A.S.S. will be in whatever mode you left it in. Of course, that is not "using the OEM switch only."

Or, a latching relay using the factory switch as a momentary contact switch.

Well yea.. but a toggle’s so boring. Sitting at work trying to prevent atrophy of the frontal lobes.
