I run into lowes this morning, come back out and my audio is off and stuck on the home screen and will not go into the audio button. Cannot get the audio to come back on. Anyone had this problem before?

 

The Sync computer crashes sometimes. It's done that since birth. Try the standard off / keys out / door open and if that doesn't work, pull the fuse to restart the computer.

Happened once ( to date..) on my 16 Lariat. Audio just went dead one night. Pressed all the buttons i could find relating to audio and nothing happened. Next morning everything was a-ok...will be keeping an ear on this one..

 

yeah the exact same thing happened to me. I got home, turned the truck off, pulled the key out then put it back it and it came back on. It was weird though like I was completely locked out of anything audio related..

 

Just happened to me (no Audio, nothing audio worked) with my Lariat while trying to play the radio. Probably a fluke and irrelevant but I remember ejecting a CD when the audio system was off a day prior to the suspected sync 3 system "crash." Just for the heck of it I reinserted a CD and it played fine and radio and everything else suddenly also seemed OK. Who knows?
