Default Audio Issue

I encountered an issue with the audio system, I’m only getting sound from the pillar tweeters and turning the volume dial stays at 0.
things I’ve tried;
pulled fuse for amp under hood
pulled fuse for radio in passenger footwell
disconnected battery for a few minutes and shorted +\- cables to ensure discharge
soft reset holding power and skip forward
master reset
pulled back seat down and disconnect/reconnect harness to amp
flash usb and force reload sync software

what else can I do?

In case anyone was curious, loading the as build for my VIN back on the ACM solved the issue,
