I have a 2016 and since i have it i have connection failure with the audio bluetooth, telephone works fine, ive read a lot of issues about that but never had any trouble like this with my 2013, is there any way to correct this?

 

I'm having the same issue right now. I'll do a sync reset and it will work for a day or so and then stop working again.

 

I was told to pull the battery cable and leave it out for 10 minutes. Then reconnect it, that will do a full computer restart as apposed to "reloading" it only
