Default Attaching accessories

So I've got a rail that mounts to the front of the truck bed for holding dirt bikes in place.
The rail is steel which I know can't come in contact with the truck bed but I can't find "aluminium" fasteners anywhere. How the hell does one mount something like this........?

Fastenal.com has most fasteners you'd be interested in. If concerned about galvanic corrosion (aluminum touching steel), use a plastic or rubber washer between metals to reduce direct contact.
