Default ApplePlay question

I'm sure this has been answered before but I couldn't find it when searching.
When I have ApplePlay running/connected to my iPhone....how do I get back to the main Ford screen without unplugged my phone?
Only way I have been able to do it is turn the radio on and off.

Just hit the big blue Ford SYNC icon on the CarPlay screen.

You change CarPlay back to the native Ford screen by pressing the "home" icon - the circle in the lower left hand corner - then press the "Ford" icon. You get back to CarPlay by pressing the CarPlay icon in the menu at the bottom of the screen - towards the right side.

When CarPlay is active, you don't have access to the native navigation system. There is an icon tag in the center of the map screen block. Pressing it or the map icon in the menu takes you back to CarPlay and opens Apple Maps.

Also, you don't have access to the phone via bluetooth. The phone block on the home screen is replaced with a CarPlay preferences icon.
