Personally, I prefer chrome up front (bumper & grill), but if I were to buy ANY vehicle with a painted grill/bumper configuration, I would consider it a necessity to vinyl-wrap those painted pieces. It is really dismaying to view a drop-dead gorgeous truck with a pitted & chipped front end. Chrome, both real & plastic metallic, are far more durable in resisting assaults by rocks, hard-shelled insects, etc.

Anyone with real world day to day living with either a Blue Flame or Ruby Red? Pros/Cons?
I got Blue Flame on my order, and it's the color that appeals to me, but it's also the "flashiest"... as in I'm thinking it would attract too much attention. Ruby Red seems classy, but I wonder if it's too popular. On my 2011, I have the graphite grey (or whatever it's officially called), and I swear every 2nd F150 I see driving around, is the same color. I won't do black, or white. Blue Jeans is available on Sport trim package, otherwise that would have been my choice.
Ruby Red vs Blue Flame... tough call.... :-/

Thought about it long and hard... even went to the dealership to look at a bunch of trucks on the lot with both colors. I have now switched my order to Ruby Red. Should look sweet with the Sport Pkg.

I just bought a 14 XLT SC with the 5.0 in Ruby Red with Silver two tone paint. A 2015 in Ruby red with Caribou accent color would be very sharp. Two tone paint is available in XLT and up but not available on Sport. The King Ranch looks good. I don't see as many two tone paint as solid Ruby Red or Blue Flame. Both awesome colours in my opinion.

Does anyone know what colour the new center console with column shift will be (specifically for the XL and XLT models which have the cloth grey interior)? The option guide states the console colour is "UG" but I couldn't find what that colour specifically is.
Thanks!
Thanks!

UG is Medium Earth Gray.
