Default ANZO LED DRL Help

Currently working on wiring my ANZO LEDs to DRL and I'm about to rip my hair out.

I have one headlight wired up and tapped into fuse 97 under the hood (vehicle power 3). No matter what I do, I cannot get the LEDs to come on through that fuse. However, if I take the fuse tap and touch it to the positive terminal on the battery, the LED comes on.

What am I missing here?

You have to make sure the fuse you use is on whenever the ignition is on. Maybe try another fuse location. Are you using an add a fuse?

Not sure what you mean by" whatever you do" as that is somewhat ambiguous. I used fuse 97 and the led works when I turn the key on and lock/unlock with the remote. Hook it back up to fuse 97 and use the remote to lock/unlock and see if the led lights up? If so, then turn the ignition on and see if they come on. I remember reading something about both having to be hooked up so maybe that is it with the ignition? O r that last statement may be related to some other part of the anzo's.

I assume you have the key on...do you have to be in drive for the drl's to come on?

It ended up being a faulty fuse tap

Bought a new one and it's all working fine now. I'll be posting a write up soon for those who are looking to do this. Thank you for the help everyone.
