Default Anyone replace an engine mount?

General question as I am pondering this question while I consider replacing my manifolds. Since everything has to come out, and at least the drivers side mount would be fairly open to replace - should I just do it? It would be a bear with everything in place - i.e. a working engine.

truck in sig.

I did a lot of searching on this a while ago but was unable to find anyone who did it. I helped a friend do this when we swapped motors on his 14 5.0 F150 but haven't done it with the motor in the truck.

I will say at 140k miles his were pretty ripped up.

I figured that with replacing the trans 4 times (yep, you read that right) and the motor tilting hard against the mounts each time for days it might be a good idea to replace one or both. I don't want it to be an exercise but would totally do it if simple enough while I am there.
