I have a 2016 f150 xlt sport and want to remove the f150 emblem and the flexfuel emblem on the tail gate. Anyone ever done this how did you do it and is there any holes behind them ?

 

No holes. For me the easiest way is to get some fishing line and put behind the letter(s) and work it back and forth "sawing" them off. some folks use a blow dryer to heat it up first which i haven't found necessary.

Very easy to do. Takes very little time. If there is any residue use some goo-gone. Clean well and then wax.

 

Yes, I did mine upon arrival and used my thumb to roll off the excess but the emblems came off with a little persuasion.

 

Is this true of all models (no holes behind the rear emblems)...also, are there any holes behind the F-150 emblem on the fendors?
