Default Anyone know what this is?

I just purchased a 2015 F150 XLT and I have this box in the passenger foot-well. I am wondering if anyone knows what it is? It does not look stock to me.

Not sure what it is, but it's stock, I have it too. I did the halogen to OEM LED headlight conversion and had to move that box to run some wires into the cab.

It's your 400 watt power inverter for your 110 plugin on your dash and rear console.

No, this is in the front passenger footwell. My inverter is under the rear passenger seat and I also have the box mentioned by the OP in my front footwell.

Yes, not the inverter as I don't have the 120V outlets. I was thinking vehicle tracking or factory remote start, but that is why I asked.

Thanks 52merc. Now I know that I don't have to worry about it. It is odd to stick it there, though, just seems out of place.
