Not sure what you're smoking

Hellwig even sends out missing parts, and after dealing with that nonsense, people still rave about it

Doesn't have to be Hellwig, though, any solid rear sway will do the job

Like others have said, sway bars are good for on road cornering. they keep the sway down (amazing right?).

Bottom line, it comes down to this: Everything in life is a compromise. Something that will be awesome on the street wont be great for offroad and vice versa. If you are mostly on the road, maybe a sway bar is right for you. If you are constantly offroad, and in places where you need that suspension flex, it probably isn't right for you.

Every drive a race vehicle on the street? it sucks. Doesn't mean the vehicle sucks, it just isn't designed for that. Get that beast on the racetrack.

Ford needs to put the Magna ride on these trucks, maybe that will help. They have it on the mustang gt350 for ride & track use.Fusion for pothole help. GM has it on some high end gmc trucks now.

good idea for the limited, platinum and an option on the rest. The hard worked trucks I think would make a troublesome option. My opinion only.

I'm using a SHURTRAX water bag, 400 pounds of ice solidly tied down in the box!

Picked it up for cheap on sale.

This is exactly what I thought would happen when they lightened the trucks due to aluminum bodies. Doesn't make a lot of sense to lighten the vehicle 700 lbs, only to have to put 4 or 500 lbs back in to prevent hopping.

ride preference is a very personal thing. I've heard everything from different shocks to a sway bar fixing it. Some people don't care. Many things can be changed to suit your needs. It's so inexpensive to make small changes I can understand ford leaving it up to the buyer. They make it tough. You can make it softer if you like lol

Not everyone has a problem with the 'hopping'. Mine doesn't do it and my truck weighs a little over 600lb less than my '11 did.

Maybe it is more prevalent in super cabs than crews?
