anyone convert 2019 to power windows and locks from manual?
I have a 2019 F150 came with manual windows and locks. looking to convert to power using factory door panels my buddy has for sale from a totaled 2019. Can i just order the factory power window regulators and actuators and use the factory door panel switches or do i need more equipment like wire harness etc.? Does anyone know if the truck comes with the harness from the factory for a dealer to convert to power?

You would have to reprogram the BCM, get the proper wire harness that supports power windows, and add a new Driver and passenger door module.
This is all on top of the regulators, motors, and switches.
Basically your buddy needs to give you the entire contents of the door, not just the panel.
Since your truck didn't come with power windows, the harness from the door to the BCM will likely need to be replaced as well.
Be prepared to spend $$$ and have lots of time.

It'd be easier to install one of those universal motor kits. Not the best looking setup but it would be easier and a lot cheaper.

It's my first day
Depending on the OP's ambition, budget and skill set, he might be better off to replace the entire door(s) from a salvage title. I'm guessing his is classic Fleet White if it's just a 100a XL. Even then, it would still be a lot of work. I'm sure it's possible, but to go through and add the modules, switch packs, actuators, wiring, and other hardware, then program the BCM, DDM, PDM, GWM it may be more time-efficient to replace the whole door and wire the cab up to them. It would not be something I'd recommend to just anybody.
