When I pull on the cable to release the latch and open the cover, it only releases one side. The driver side doesn't respond and has to be opened manually with a key/pocket knife.

I was so excited to get the cover I used it for 3 months then traded in my truck for suv because we needed more interior space. Anyone in Chicago area need a Titanium cover or bedrug pm me and I can sell you mine for a savings from new. Absolutely nothing wrong with the cover; in like brand new condition.
