Default Antifeeeze circulation

I’ve lost a bit of antifreeze, maybe 1 qt. I don’t see any obvious spots, I feel it happened on a cool down with truck on a goofy angle in a cold climate.. I added a small bottle 1 oz of antifreeze glow dye to the overflow hoping if it leaks again I will find it . Will that mix throughout system that way? I’ve driven hundreds of interstate miles, the overflow has not changed levels, the dye sure glows with a purple light in the overflow, I just don't know if the system will or has cycled it throughout the radiator, hoses and systems? It's not like I can peek in the radiator. Your thoughts if it has circulated throughout?

My driveway is on an 11 degree slope, which probably qualifies as goofy, and I don't lose any coolant, nose up or nose down.

Do that 11 degrees backed up rears on top flat land, FR higher than FL about 6", parked overnight, temps dropped below freezing, a trailer connected to rear bumper is what I call a goofy angle. Any thoughts about the dye circulating?

The trailer isn't causing your coolant loss, nor the goofy angle. Fluid is expanded into and drawn from the expansion tank with every temperature cycle so after you run the engine a few times the dye will be circulating throughout the system.
