Another tire question

Hey guys new to the forum, just recently got into a 2015 f150 fx4 xlt 5.0. I'm trying to determine if I can fit a 295/70/18 on the stock 18x7.5 rim... I have the bils 5100 set at max height. Has anyone ran this setup before? Thanks
