Default Another power point question

I have read through all the post I can find on the matter but nothing seems to work to fix mine. I have a 2017 F150 XLT Super Crew FX4. The dash cigarette lighter works when truck is on. The USB Sync points in the front of the console works. The 120V on the dash flashes three times continuously, which to my understanding means an over load condition. Power point station two, Which I think is inside the center console is dead. power point stations in the back of the console is also dead this also includes the USB connections. The Mcase Fuses # 89,90,91,92 look fine and shows continuity when pulled and checked with an OHM meter. I have disconnected the battery and let it set for 30 and reconnected the battery to get the same results. I have disconnected the inverter let it set for some time then reconnected it. The inverter case temp is the same as ambient temperature. I don't really care if the 120V outlets work or not. but I would like to have the USB connection and 12V connections working.
I ordered the Forscan to try to use to check with that, which is something else I have to figure out how to use, but if That doesn't show anything or work I am to the point of pulling the center console and running a separate wire to the 12V power units.
Any ideas or insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Check BCM Fuse-23 (10 A) for the DC/AC inverter. The inverter also uses LIN04 for communiction with the BCM so there could be a wiring issue with the LIN.

Once you get FORScan, scan for codes and let us know what you find. Until you have some DTCs it is hard to guess what the issue could be. The power points in the console are controlled by Power Point Relay 2 in the BJB. If that is not working then all the console power points will not work. If this relay has failed, it is not serviceable, and the only way to fix this would be to replace the BJB.

Thanks, I will check Fuse 23 as well. Guess I missed fuse 23 reference somewhere.

Dont associate the power points and inverter. They are totally different things. I’m guessing the inverter is bad, you are not the first to have issues with it. Won’t hurt to check DTCs though

I noticed in all the reading on here that there has been many with the same inverter issue. I really don't care if the inverter works or not but would really like to have the 12V power connections working and possibly the rear USB's as well. As far as the inverter, If it is bad I may just remove it and turn that area into more storage.

As mentioned before, the DC/AC inverter is completely separate from the DC power points. You have two separate issues.

Yes, yes you did and thank you for the diagrams. I will be using them to do more troubleshooting. Doing continuity checks to each DC power point checking wiring and checking voltage (if any) going to the fuses. This should, at least in my mind, tell me if the BJB is bad or not.
