Another interior wiring question
I've searched high and low for any info on interior ambient lighting install on a 2016.
I've just received my Opt7 led kit, and it comes with a wire that when connected to the door switch shines white when entering and goes back to the chosen color when closed.
In my '13 I had my leds connected to the shifter light wire under the center console, so they only came on when it got dark.
Has anyone done any rooting around under the console and figured out which wires to tap into for this kind of thing on a '16 yet? Also the door switch light. I'm assuming I can tap into any current interior light that comes on when opening the door now.
Just wondering if anyone has made this an easier install guide for me to follow yet lol
