Default Another Android Auto Question

I am currently running Sync 3 with the most recent version of Android Auto. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10+. Recently, I have started having issues making phone calls when the phone is connected with a USB cable (the same one used prior to this issue).
Press the Voice button on the steering wheel, announce "Call Name of Contact", and the response I get is something like "You must first change the accessibility settings when safe to use this feature". The system works fine if I press the voice button and announce "Dial 360-555-1212". I have been through all of the Android Auto and Accessibility settings without any luck or even finding a setting that matches this error.

Has anyone experienced this problem and figured out how to fix it?

It sounds like AA and/or FordConnect lost permission to your contacts list. I would check Settings -> Apps and notifications ->Advaned -> Permission Manager -> and lookup Contacts. The first list is apps with permission, second half is apps denied permission. If it's in denied you can tap it and give it permission, if it's missing from both settings have forgotten about it and you may need to reinstall the AA and/or FordConnect App.

With the last software update of Android my phone lost trust with my truck and I had to delete each other from the bluetooth settings on both devices and then go through the connection process again.

Not trying to steal this thread OP
*I will try WanderingWolfs idea to see if this helps*
I just started using a charging cable for my pixel phone and have this issue "they hear me but I don't hear them" then I figure it out that when plugged into the usb (charging only) I have to have source on the truck switched to AUX or I cant hear the person over the phone? If the phone is not plugged into the USB everything works normally with all functions?

Thanks!
