I have a 2017 XLT 302A supercab. On the overhead console there are two buttons. The center one turns off all the interior lights so they don’t turn on when the doors open, this works as expected. The button to the right of the center button does nothing that I can tell. The manual lists it as “all lights off” with no further explanation that I can find. What’s this button, the one to the right of the center button do?

The button to the left of center turns on all the cab lights.. the button to the right of center turns off all the lights that are currently on in the cab
Ok, I figured it out. Seems kind of redumbnent to me. If I use the turn on all lights button if I hit the turn off all lights buttont it does turn them off. On the other hand if you just hit the turn on all lights button again it turns them back off.
If you didn't turn them all on with the 'turn on all lights' button, then pressing it again will just turn on all the lights. That's why you have the option to turn them all off on a button.
If you did NOT use the 'turn on all lights' button, and you have SOME lights on, then hitting the 'turn on all lights' button is NOT going to turn them off. Hence the 'turn off all lights' button.
I’m not sure mine is working correctly. Say I open the door, the turn off all lights button will not turn the lights off when I close the door. Maybe it would turn off map lights?
The button to the left of center turns on all the cabin lights, this has nothing to do with the doors being open. After they are all turned on the button to the right of center will turn all the cabin lights off. Again it has nothing to do with the door open. This is the button you press when you or somebody else drops something at night and can't find it. All the cabin lights will turn on even if you're driving.
The center button controls the lights coming on when you open the door.
On mine if you hit the turn all lights on button again, it turns them off. Like Madmaxx said, it will turn lights off that are on otherwise. I’m not sure what those would be other than map lights. Those also turn off and on with the same switch. Maybe with a crew cab there are lights in the back seat you might want to turn off from the front seat? Either that or a missing the obvious use of this button.
It can be used to turn off map lights that were turned on by the local button. For example, if I turn the rear map lights on with the local button to get my daughter buckled in her car seat and forget to turn them back off, I can hit the "all off" button up front to kill them.
