I've spoke of this in other threads, I spent all evening one night looking up every thread
I could find that had pictures of leveling kits. I looked at LOTS of pictures and couldn't
tell much if any difference between 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2 leveling kits.
Maybe if I had seen them in person I could tell a difference as pictures can be deceiving
sometimes. I wanted a little rake left over on mine also and ended up putting the
1 1/2 inch Autospring on. Although the picture doesn't look like it still has some rake.
I did the 2.5" RC level with 1" rear blocks added. I still had 2.5" of rake and didn't like the way it sat. I just removed the 1" blocks tonight and now there is 1.25" of rake. It looks much better to me. From what I had read, a 2.5 should leave these trucks dead level but that was not the case for my truck.
I have a 2015 xlt 5.0 4x4 screw
I haven't had any issue in seeing the differences between 1.5" to 2.5" etc. It just depends on the angle of the picture. Just look at the space between the tire and the fender. The pic above with the 1.5" level clearly has more rake than the 2". The angle some of these pics are taken at give the illusion that it's sitting nose high in some cases. IMO, a 2.5" level without the rear block sits too high in the front, even though it's sitting perfectly level. I went with a 2" level because I wanted to maintain a little rake, and the pics I posted show it. I took them from angles that wouldn't give the illusion that it's sitting nose high.
Here's another pic of mine from a different angle that makes it look like it might be a little nose high.
Again, lo0k at the space between the tire and fender.
