So I'm curious to know if there is anything more complex to the alignment once there are spring spacers installed?
Any shop will do or do I need to go to a 4X4 specialty shop?

Check your local garages, some will have competent equipment for alignments. F150's are not complicated and the new alignment will be routine, nothing complicated about it. I'm in for a 2" level tomorrow and have arranged for an alignment and headlight alignment too from a separate garage that's reputable. Alignment is $90.

 

What shop, I'm in NJ also.
