Default Adding wire pins to conversion kit

Conversion kit from sync 2 to 3 installed on 2016 f150. Tried adding the kicker HS10 to the rear using WPT1212 and noticed the conversion harness is missing the wires on this 26-pin connector.

Tried TE CONNECTIVITY AMP (VA) / 1924955-3 and TE CONNECTIVITY AMP (VA) / 1924968-1
female pin would not seat in the connector.

Hoping someone can tell me the size and types of pins used in these conversion harnesses to add these wires and restore the WPT1212 connection.

Thanks.

The terminals you are trying to use should work. The Yazaki drawing acutaly calls for a TE Gen-Y terminal 1456841-1 and that is a silver coated terminal. The ones you are trying are TE Gen-Y as well, just Tin coated. Are you sure you pulled the TPA (the white part) out far enough? Are you installing them in the correct orientation?

Thanks for replying and verifying the correct types.

The original photo is the factory connector with pin lock on the left and the right is the sync conversion harness and I do not see that it has any other type of lock besides the pin locking in. That conversion harness is the one I am trying to add wires to. Because of the pin shape, it seems it can only be inserted upside down or correctly and I have tried both with 3 fresh crimped pins.

Thanks again

Sorry I don't have any other suggestions.

Grab a pin removal tool, pull one of the pins and compare. It's possible they used something specifically for the conversion harness, which, while I may look identical to a factory connector, might not be exactly the same.
