Default Adding towing control module?

Have a 2016 SCREW that had the 4 pin trailer light plug but didn't have hitch. I have added hitch, 7 pin socket, and the OEM trailer brake controller in dash. I know I need to get bcm reflashed to recognize trailer brakes but i have found a "towing module" on eBay that I am confused on. Im assuming I would need this but would like to know where it is located to see if I have one already. Any knowledge on this?

Says "module and bracket assembly trailer electrical" on it. I though all trailer stuff was controlled through the bcm though.

Crawl under the dash on drive side, its behind and up from the parking brake (foot operated if you have that)

Don't know. searching the number, several places calls it a chassis control module.
