Default Adding OEM trailer brake controller, what coding needs to be changed?

Installing the OEM switch, to clean up my dash. 2016 F150 sport 5.0. What needs to be changed specifically? Assuming IPC and maybe BCM, but what are the specifics? Betting my local ford friend will know(he’s got for-scan & does this for a living), but I don’t want to show up empty-handed either.

Anyone want an aftermarket trailer brake controller? 🤣

(2 hrs after posting, I realized I didn’t include my truck specifics lol)

Excellent thanks! Also, read related articles, talking about the right #24 fuse, which packages came with/without OE TBC, and what’s changed. Will see if I can’t get this operational, & provide feedback/gratitude after we have success.

All done, no problems, very easy. Now to find a worthy trailer to test it on....
