Default Adding Keyless Entry Rear Door Handles

Personally, I find it kind of idiotic that Ford didn't put the keyless entry door handles on the rear doors. Usually, if I'm putting something in my backseats, that's when I only have one hand to use to open the door. Has anyone added them to the back doors? Does anyone smarter than me have any idea how hard this project might be to retrofit or if I'm totally off base on this one?

Double tapping the unlock button my fob unlocks the rear doors on my '18 Screw.

It’s an interesting idea. I suspect you could buy a couple more touch-sensitive front handles to put on the rear doors. First, I would see what type of signal is sent from the door handles to the computer. If it is just voltage, you could probably wire them in parallel to the front door handles.

There are times I could see this being useful, but if I have a free hand....I use it to touch the front door handle first...then just open the rear door. For me, the cost would far outweigh the benefit.

Has anyone done yet? I'd be interested in getting this feature for rear doors on my truck as well.

I definitely would like to add this as well, first world problems I guess but it would be nice.
