Default Adding buttons to nav screen

I've seen that some of you have extra buttons on the climate part of your nav screen... is there an easy way to add them? I only have the steering wheel heat button showing now on mine.

Ford took them off later production F150s. This has been covered a few times. No there is no way for an end user to add them easily.

My question is, (maybe a dumb one), how do you get those images on your screen. I don't have the nav which may be a factor. Is that just done through the regular menu with the USB?

Regular menu, with a USB drive. Any picture you have can be formatted to the MFT screen so long as you change the size to 800x384 (or 386?). There is a MFT thread on here where forum members designed or posted a bunch of compatible pics to load on there.

Should be under settings>display>background picture. There will be options already there like "Default" and "Ford". Once you load your pics they will appear there as well.

If you have the touch screen you can do this, even if you don't have navigation.

Maybe try asking the Ford Service reps. They can get your VIN and odometer reading and escalate the question to a Regional Service Manager to answer your question.
