I'll ask what do you consider to be adaptive steering? Since that can be a broad term.

However I will follow with all EPAS 2 and higher equipped systems (all the 2015+ F150s) have variable effort steering assistance. and it varies based on speed, and condition.

Now if you are asking about the system that changes the steering ratio - that is not on the F150 at this time. I think the super duty line has it as of 2018 but I could be wrong.

Two different things. The variable effort has been around for years. Fords adaptive steering among other things constantly adjusts the centering so the driver uses less effort to keep the vehicle straight. For example on a road with a sharp slant it will sense the drivers input to keep straight and adjust the centering of the rack to keep straight on its own. Great feature and to most it goes unnoticed but the down side is that it can hide the need for an alignment if you don’t pay attention to your vehicle.
