Acronyms ??
Speaking of vehicle trim acronyms and names, i think over the years Chrysler has arguably the best including the most aggressive vehicle/trim names.
Names may sound cool, but they don't guarantee staying power.

Off the top of my head:
Road Runner
Challenger
Charger
Hell Cat
Demon
Dart
Compass
Cherokee
Daytona
Ram
Barracuda aka Cuda
Talon
Maybe a couple more i can't think of right now.
OK, now i'm prepared to take the heat from the Ford, Chevy, Rice burner and Euro fans.

By now you all know i'm a past and present Mopar fan despite currently owning a Ford F150 which i gotta say has been great so far.
Here's a few more past and present cool Mopar vehicle names/trims:
Power wagon
Viper
Avenger
Comanche
Renegade
Lancer
Matador
Stealth
Crusader
Trailhawk
Arrow
Fury
Wrangler
Commander
Nitro
Colt
Ramcharger
Calibre
Dakota
Durango
Stratus
Satellite
Rampage
Voyager
GTX
Laser
Intrepid
Imperial
Concorde
Mustang
Thunderbird
Cougar
Cobra
Raptor
Lightning
SHO
Explorer
Expedition
Excursion
Bronco
Navigator
King Ranch
Eddie Bauer
Town Car
Taurus
The F series names are simplistic, descriptive and timeless. They even managed to make a engine displacement synonymous with Ford; say 5.OH to anybody and they immediately think Ford.
All of them except the Road Runner and Talon.

Some of those are cool names but after a point you're just naming Chrysler vehicles. I mean what is so cool about Stratus. You could do the same with Ford:
Mustang
Thunderbird
Cougar
Cobra
Raptor
Lightning
SHO
Explorer
Expedition
Excursion
Bronco
Navigator
King Ranch
Eddie Bauer
Town Car
Taurus

Here's some more:
Super Duty
Maverick
Probe
Mach 1
Sport Trac
Ranger
Ranchero
Torino
Puma
Falcon
Escort
Aerostar
IMO:
The best Ford vehicle/trim names in this order are Raptor, Mustang, Mach 1, Bronco, Cobra and Ranger.
The worst Ford name not mentioned in either of the lists was the infamous Edsel. RIP
I forgot all about the old Duster, the Plymouth variant of the Dodge Dart back in the day.
I had if i remember the year correctly a '74 Dart Sport not with a 340 but instead a slant six.
One of the most reliable cars i owned.
It made numerous cross country trips from the Midwest to Cali and Florida sometimes pulling trailers with furniture and one time even my old Harley.

Yes, basically the Duster was a Fastback Dart.
